- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind or preference) and not due to a product defect or fulfillment error will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
